Hi Genners,

I'm trying to establish a connection between a possible relative
who lives in Israel and myself. He told me his father was >from Slutsk,
Belarus. My ancestors with the same surname (MANDELSTEIN) lived in
Starokonstantinov, Ukraine, a distance of 227 miles >from Slutsk.

Is anyone aware of any connection between the two towns? I know this
is a long shot but I'm hoping there were events or conditions that
would have generated a move >from one town to the other.
