I wanted to point out some links that might be helpful to add to the
website related to Vitebsk:

(1) Some Vitebsk area duma lists were posted online a couple months

(2) A Jewish magazine in Belarus (I think) compiled a list of people

from Vitebsk killed in WWII:

Also, I don't see anyone listed on the website who is heading up a
