Cape Town Kehilalink goes live and coincides with the start of the Chief Rabbi's tour of Australia & New Zealand #general

I am pleased to announce that the Cape Town Kehilalink is now live:
Please send photos and stories that depict the Jewish life of Cape Town,
past and present, to firstname.lastname@example.org
This new website was launched yesterday, on the day the Chief Rabbi of
the United Hebrew Congregations of the Commonwealth, Ephraim Mirvis,
commenced his first tour of Australia and New Zealand in Perth.
What is the connection?
The Chief Rabbi spent his high school years at Herzlia High School in
Cape Town. After his address to the Perth community, he was able to
catch up with Bram Beinart, a Herzlia High School classmate >from 1968 to
1973. This is the first time they have met since their school days.
There are many Capetonians in Perth as well as in Melbourne and Sydney.

I am now working on the Perth Kehilalink, the first one for Australian!
