I have come across this Accidents Database of the Polish Genealogical Society:

It seems to be police reported accidents (gaz poisoning, fire, robbery,
disappearance, suicides...). I can't find any mention of it in the forum
archives, nor can find Database details on the polish website.

Would anyone be able to give more details on the source, existence of
original documents or any further details (eg followed by death or not).
I found my G-grandfather on this list.
