"Exploring Poland/Polin: Heritage Study Tour" for students this summer #general
The Taube Center for the Renewal of Jewish Life in Poland, supported
by a grant >from the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is offering
two 11-day heritage study tours for undergraduate and graduate
students" "Exploring Poland/Polin - Heritage Study Tour - Summer
The intensive, educational and travel program is built on the success
of last summer's pilot program, "Towards a 21st Century Polonia:
Explore, Connect, Get Involved."
Tour 1: June 18-29
Tour 2: August 3-14
The program, led by a faculty advisor, includes interactive workshops,
walking tours, site visits, panel discussions with prominent academics
and experts, Polish and Yiddish language lessons, as well as many
opportunities to meet with peers and young professionals as
participants explore Poland past and present.
Applications are due on April 15, 2015 (can be downloaded >from the
