Bank Fees - correspondence with Plock Archives #general

Marilyn Silva <marilynsilva32@...>

Genners,

I previously sent an email to the Plock Archives requesting the full cost of
acquiring a copy of a birth document. The reply (for which I used Google
Translate) gave me the cost for scans depending on the size dpi that I may want.
Then the reply states to "Please take account of the above deposit handling
fees charged by banks for currency conversion amount sent." I find the only cost
in the letter is for the price of the scan.

They also request "title of payment and initials of the person carrying out the
order". I don't understand what is meant by title of payment. Hopefully one of
you genners that has had much experience with this sort of thing can help me to
understand what is meant by the above statements, and how I can find out the
cost of the additional fees. I don't believe there is a postage fee as the
letter states that when they get paid they will sent the document to my email
address.

Thank you all in advance
Marilyn Silva
