I am trying to identify the historical name of a town now called Alba,
Belarus, in the eastern half Grodno Guberniya during 1930s. I located
a Polish military map >from 1921 which shows its name as "Kol. Alba"
and I was curious what the abbreviation "Kol." indicated. If anyone
can answer this question, please let me know.
