The Manchester Regional Group of the JGSGB is holding its 14th Annual
Northern Jewish Genealogy Conference on Sunday, 15th May 2016 at the
Greater Manchester Police Training College, Prestwich., Manchester
M25 0JT >from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm
There will be five speakers. They are listed below alongside the topic
of their talks
Mary Vrabecz: Holocaust research -The Wiener Library's International
Tracing Service, and Digital Archives as a Resource for Family
Cai Parry-Jones: Researching North Wales Jewry, Origins, Notable
Families and Manchester Connections
Basil Jeuda: Manchester Sephardim: Their Families and Genealogy
Gita Conn : Our Big Family Reunion
Myko Clelland : Findmypast's Hidden Gems - records to get you further
and tell your family story.
During the day, refreshments will be served including a fully
supervised kosher buffet lunch. Ticket price is 25 GBP per person which
includes lunch, refreshments and free, secure on-site parking.
