Jay Verkler, former CEO of FamilySearch, has been appointed interim CEO of
Findmypast. Annelies van den Belt stepped down after three years as the
head of Findmypast.

Jay was the CEO of FamilySearch for a decade where he pioneered the digital
transformation of the world's largest genealogical organization going form
paper and microfilm records to digital archives.

Findmypast (previously DC Thompson Family History) is a British-owned leader

regarding Jay Verkler's appointment. The press release was sent "to experts
