Hi, all. I today received a copy of my 3rd great-grandmother's 1916 death
certificate and see that they had lived at 626 2nd Ave., in Manhattan, which
Google Maps shows as being in the Murray Hill/Kips Bay neighborhood areas.
While I have a verrrrry brief New York Times death notice for her (actually,
I see that I already had their address there as well...), I'm wondering if
anyone has suggestions of more localized newspapers in which they may have
placed more interesting obituaries? (Millie/Amelia Smoley, died 11/24/16,
lived at 626 2nd Ave. in Manhattan.)
