I am a woman, but trying to help a young gentleman with the following question.
Is there someone who can tell me how the Chassidic men in the Talne (Talnoye)
region of Kiev, might have wrapped their Tefillin? Would they have wrapped in
the Sephardic or Ashkenazi manner, or would it have been some other way?
