Always include proof of death of parents with Form SS-5 #general

A recent experience has taught me that I f you are applying for an SS-5,
you must include some proof of death of parents, no matter what their
age, if you want their names to not be blacked out. I had this happen
to me, even though the parents would have been well well over a hundred
years old. It should have been apparent by simple math, that they
could not have been alive. This was the case for previous applications
I had made. So even if you can only include a statement describing
that, or if you have anything else, I would highly you suggest you do
that, in order to avoid the appeal process.
