Re: records from Kamienczyk, Polamd? #general

David,

Kamienczyk location just 3 miles E >from the large Jewish town Wyszkow
is indicative that the vital records will be located there. Kamienczyk's
JGFF database lists seven entries by six researchers. You should add
your data to JGFF database.

Other town information:

1929 Poland Business Directory:

http://data.jewishgen.org/jri-pl/1929/loadtop.htm?1981

Kamienczyk website (English version included)

https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kamie%C5%84czyk_(powiat_wyszkowski)

Article about the town in Virtual Shtetl of Poland's Jewish Museum,
although there is nothing to read about town Jewishness

http://www.sztetl.org.pl/pl/article/kamienczyk/3,historia-miejscowosci/

Hope this help,

I'm hoping to find out about birth/marriage/death records for Kamienczyk,
Poland. It's not listed as a town in JRI-Poland's database (though a
relatively small number of results come up if you query just for the town
--not records filed in the town but otherwise referred to in records >from
other cities), and I've not been able to find information on JewishGen.
Any leads? Thanks!
