You probably read the article in a popular magazine, i.e, not a medical
journal. A medical journal would have covered some of the ptient's features
to render her unrecognizable. In addition, the photo has a source in the
lower right corner (Rotosearch) and "copyright" indicated several times
over the photo. In short, this is a commercial photo, probably using
models, that was purchased for use in the article and the physician would
have no knowledge of the persons in it.
However, you might try contacting Rotosearch as a last possibility.

The lady in the picture is an exact double for my Mom.. She is in a
Level One Military Trauma Centers in San Antonio, TX that treats
civilian emergencies as well as military personnel. In 2014,there was
an article, written by Captain Steven R. Ellison, M.D. I tried to
contact Dr. Ellison without success. The lady appears to be having a
nurse administer an IV.
I would like to contact the lady's family and hope someone can
