Empire for which I need a transcription i.e. read and identify the Hebrew

I know the child's name in the right-hand box (Avraham). I believe I know
what it is supposed to say in the large box containing the parents' names
and surname based on the Russian side, but would like to read the Hebrew /
Yiddish directly. Don't look at my explanation on the ViewMate posting to
see if you can come up with it independently.
