As coordinator of the IGRA collection, I have not seen any. Your best try
to to search for them in the Montefiore Censuses. There are 5 >from
1839-1875 and contain most of the Jewish population in Eretz Israel.

Does anyone know if there are ship manifests arriving in Palestine 1800's,
or any other source of arrivals?
My family arrived sometime in the 1800's.
