I have a matriculation certificate for my aunt, Ida FRIEDLAND, for her period
of schooling >from 1915 to 1917 at the A.F.Grossman gymnasium school in Moscow,
then part of the Russian Empire. She was age 14 to 16 years old at this time.
I would like very much to know more about the school. I was interested too
that someone Jewish was able to live and be schooled in Moscow at that time
when Jews were heavily restricted >from being in Moscow and other cities.
If anyone has any information regarding this or possible sources for research,
I'd be very grateful.
