The current address for the Shanghai Jewish Refugee Museum is:
http://sjrm.shhk.gov.cn/english/. The refugee database is available at that
site.

Ancestor Hunt has published World War ll era Shanghai newspapers online.
Shanghai became a haven for fleeing Jews during World War ll because of
their lenient visa requirements and they accepted thousands of Jewish
refugees.

While the Shanghai Jewish Refugee Museum built a database that contained the
name, occupation and address for many of the refugees, that database is no
longer available. It might be found by using the Way Back Machine ( Internet
Archive) . If you do find it on their please share that with us...
