whether Weydekamp's family name is Jews descendent?
No. However you cannot take a surname to show descendence, you need to know the
ancestors.

i have checked it in JewishGen database and i just got the similiar surnames
results
A [Dutch] Jew can have any surname, only common Jewish names give a hint, and just
that. Especially during the French Napoleontic occupation, some typically jewish
names were adopted by non-jews.

such as Weide, Kamp, Wedekamp, etc.
Usually "van der Weide", "van der Kamp", btw.
