In response to this, and the 'examples like it' posted today:
The Sephardim (and western European Ashkenazi) name their babies after the
grandparents and other relatives: first son after the father's father, second
son after the mother's father, first daughter after the father's mother...
They don't name the babies after each other, and if the grandfathers' names
were the same, I have never seen two named the same.
