In fact, I think it is best to send a letter to Poland
in both languages. For all of the requests I have
sent out (in Polish, Russian, Spanish, and German),
I have set the letter up in two columns, with their
language in the left column and the English version in
the right column. That way, I have a good record of
exactly what I was requesting.
