In the Mauthausen/Gussen Death Book I found CHAJMOWICZ MANOSZ listed.
I believe he is my grandmother’s brother.

The birth place is Mogielnica, Poland, birth date seems to match the
information I have. He died in Gusen on March 31, 1945.

There are two ID numbers: prisoner number Mauthausen: 33559 and
Gussen: 125266.

The source is: AMM E/13/10/1; Y/36.

Is there a way to obtain such a record?

Actually, to identify him, all I need is to have his parents’ names,
if mentioned in any of the documents.
