Hi everybody,

I had posted a message a while ago that President of Moldova toured Jewish Cemetery in Kishinev,
and said that it needs to be improved, and the chapel fixed, etc.... and here is another story, that
something started at the cemetery... not sure what exactly.

It is not clear if this is a reconstruction or they want a part of it for new housing or so... Check people's
messages below - no one really believes in good will of the government.

I hope that the United States Commission for the Preservation of Americaâ??s Heritage Abroad who is
monitoring (I hope) such development will be involved...

I am going to send our photographer soon to take photos at the cemetery, and work on oldest sections.
