"Ochronka" is the Polish for a kindergarten. Same with "freblowka" - a
kindergarten organized according to the theories of the German educator
Friedrich Frobel. Both terms are archaic. The Russian "okhrana", the
security police, and the Polish "ochronka", are derived >from the same
root that is associated with protection.

from the Serock Yizkor Book chapter on The Modern Kheder (Jewish School)
" ... For younger children, >from the "Prebluvke" or the "Okhranke"
(department in Czarist Russian secret police) girls, a young, engaged
woman was hired. Each child had a small blackboard with a piece of
chalk to write, and each received a cup of cocoa and a roll each day.

When the children went for a walk with their teacher, they were all
dressed in blue and white aprons with white and blue braided hats made
from crepe paper, since there was no money for material and there were
no subsidies in those days for schools or for - Prebluvkes. The school
existed >from tuition that was paid, and not all parents had the
possibility to make uniforms for their children for the Prebluvke."

Can you help translate P(F)rebluvke and Okhranke?

P(F)rebluvke: fey or pey, reysh, ayin, beys, lamed, melupm vov, tsvey
vovn, kuf, ayin
Okhranke: komets alef, khof, reysh, komets alef, nun, kuf, ayin
