Unfortunately, only some years of Jewish vital records of
Chzranow have survived. They are as follows:

Records in the Katowice branch of the Polish State Archives
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Births 1902
Marriages 1883, 1887-88, 1890-93, 1901-02, 1904-05
Deaths 1882-83, 1887, 1897-98, 1900, 1902-03
These records have recently been indexed but funding is
not complete so the data is not yet online. For details on
how you can obtain access to information >from these
records, write to chrzanow@jri-poland.org
Records in the Civil Records Office in the Chrzanow Town Hall
Hello,
I am working on researching my family >from Chrzanow,
Galicia. Not the Chrzanow near Lublin.
My ancestor Schaul Schneider came >from Chrzanow in
were born in the 1850's.
Would anyone know if vital records exist and where are
they kept? May be an index?
