ViewMate Translation Request - Russian Marriage Record #poland

Hello,


I am seeking confirmation of all the names on the marriage record of my
great-grandparents Anshel Zlotnik and Gitel Rzeznik (spelling?).


In a previous translation >from 10 years ago on a poorer image, there was
some question about the mothers' maiden names of the bride and groom.
Anshel's mother's name was transliterated as Chaya Anshelow and Gitel's
mother's name was transliterated as Sura Gelda Nusanow. I would like to
confirm that those are indeed surnames and not patronymics.

Neither of those surnames are present in the JRI-Poland indices for
Zakroczym or Nasielsk (where these families were from), however, there
are records for ENCEL and MOCNY. Could those be alternate transliterations
of Anshel and Nusan respectively?
