SCHUMAN/SHOMSKY/SZUMOWSKI
I am trying to obtain an actual copy of the naturalisation document of Harry
J SCHUMAN who I think is my great grandmother's brother. Her name was Pezza
Malka SZUMOWSKI >from Lomza. The information on the naturalisation extract
that I have found through Family Search for Harry J SCHUMAN is that he was
naturalised in the Superior Court in New York County on October 20th 1894,
bundle no. 588, Copy of Record no. 230. His occupation was listed as
'cutter,' and he was living at 298 Broome Street NYC. An additional fact on
his extract reads, 'Name changed >from Shomsky, Harry, September 28th 1922.'
Please advise as to how I can see or obtain a copy of his full
naturalisation document.
