Greetings, I am a new member of the Latvia SIG.
Will be going to Latvia in early October to visit long-lost cousins
in Riga and family shtetls in Latgale (Vilany, Varaklani and Bikeva).
I've made contact with Aleksander Feigmanis as a possible guide.
Would very much appreciate any tips >from SIG members re:
