I am researching the Lutzin, Latvian Druians who arrived in South Africa
in 1897, on behalf of one of the families who are still here.

from naturalisation papers copied at NAAIRS, David Druian's father was

called Michael and his mother Ada or Hilda. Would these fore names have
had Russian equivalents?
Any help would be most appreciated.
