Re: Help finding a relative in Italy #latvia

Try writing to her care of her publisher, George. They always forward
letters. You should write a cover letter in Italian for the
publisher, with a sealed letter enclosed for Marina. Italians are
more insular than other Europeans and you cannot be sure that the
recipient at the publishing house will be able to read English.

I have recently learned that Marina Jarre, an Italian novelist and
the author of the book "Ritorno in Lettonia", published by G.
Einaudi, in Torino, Italy, is a relative of mine. The problem is
this: I do not know how to contact her. I have done a Google search
on her name and cannot find a postal or email address for her. I
have sent an email to the Italian Consulate in my region and have
gotten no reply. Can anyone help?
