JewishGen: Complex Genealogy in the U.S. Course beginning March 23 #latvia
Phyllis Kramer
Looking for someone in the U.S.?
If despite basic online research you have not yet found the Hebrew names, birth year or town for your U.S. immigrant, consider a focus on the more complex documents our ancestors generated including Naturalization, Passports, Death Records (Probate, Obituaries, Cemeteries), Newspapers, City Directories, Immigration Ports other than Ellis Island, Major Archives and Libraries, Military and Government Records. We're proud of our Education FORUM where students are encouraged to post one ancestral branch, and the instructor will respond with answers to questions and suggestions on avenues to research; this monthlong personal Mentoring process is unique and quite valuable. Please see the description for requirements, dates and tuition at https://www.jewishgen.org/education/description.asp?course=40105 . If you have questions email the instructor at JewishGen-Education@.... Phyllis Kramer, Vice President, Education, JewishGen Web Site: https://www.jewishgen.org/education |
