This week I journeyed to Mount Zion Cemetery , Maspeth, NY (Queens) to
visit the graves of my grandparents Rivka and Simon Gitlin. They were
buried under the auspices of a Society called :
Chevra Aiz Chaim Mazika (Machsikey) Hurav.

Has anyone any knowledge of this society and where it might have
originated. I am hoping this will give me some info of their place of
origin -- a specific town and country.
