Can anyone tell me how to get a copy of an internal passport
application? On the Jewishgen Internal Passport database, I found a man
by the name of ETOLSONAS/(ETOLSOHN), Hirsch, with the following
information: August 1930,Kaunas, passport number 2988,LCVA/402/1vp/45.

He may be a relative.
