Weiner-Zwoffe #poland

Lisa Cohn

I'm looking for information on Celia/Tsvia Weiner, who I believe
was born (abt 1865) in Bialystok to Abraham and Henna Weiner.
She married Abraham Swoff/Zwoff/Zwoffe, moved to Zagare Lithuania,
and had a son named Beryle/Barnett (Jan 15, 1884), before immigrating
to the United States Aug 1889.

She was my great grandmother and I've been unable to track them
back beyond Zagare. In the 1900 US census, her brother Morris Weiner,
was staying with her and was born in Poland in January 1880.
I found a draft registration card for a Morris Weiner, same birthdate,
that narrowed that down to Bialystok.

Beryl/Barnett's immigration papers say he was born in Zagare.
I believe Celia was born about 1865, although in every single US
census, she knocked a few years off her age, giving a different
birthdate (go grandma).

Thanks for any help.

Lisa
