Hello all.
I have received internal passports >from the Lithuanian archives of my
Katzin family who lived in Telsiai (Telz) at the time of Lithuania's
independence. To obtain these identity documents you apparently had to
prove that you had the right to live in the new state. I have posted
page 2 of these passports of my great grandmother Zlata and her youngest
daughter Khana (Hanna?) on ViewMate at:

in which in the third section down it appears to indicate that in
October (September?) 1916 they were registered in the district of Oslo.
Can anyone shine a light on where this might be?
