Newbie question - reconciling death records #lithuania
Howard Margol
The information in the ALD is >from the original death record in the
Lithuanian Historical Archive (LVIA) and is correct. The information on the headstone was furnished by the living family members and their information will not always be accurate. They are depending on family stories in most cases. You will have to ask JewishGen about the burial registry question.
