Seeking Family of Ola or Laja from Lodz #poland #lodz

Alan Glixman

Hello group.

I'm searching for someone but I'm afraid I have very little information to
go on.

I am seeking the family and descendants of Ola (aka Laja) who was the wife
of my grandfather's brother Adolf (Adzio) GLIKSMAN.

Sorry but I don't know Ola / Laja's maiden name. According to the Lodz
Ghetto List she was born 13 June 1886.

She and Adolf lived in Lodz in the 1930s. Ola (Laja) ran a hat shop in
Lodz. Adzio was an engineer. They had no children.

As far as I know they both perished in the Lodz Ghetto.

Ola (Laja) had a nephew (>from her side of the family) who somehow contacted
my grandfather Leon during the war.

I am hoping that the nephew or his family are still alive somewhere and that
they or someone they know will see this email.

The only other information I have that might help identify Ola (Laja) is
that Adzio had 5 siblings, all of whom perished - Mania MIRTENBAUM, Henia
EJDELSZTEJN, Gustawa BROKMAN, Leon GLIKSMAN and Stanislaw GLISKMAN.

With thanks to all
