Translation of Lithuanian Birth Record #rabbinic

Hi List
I requested a translation of a Lithuanian Birth Record in RavSIG Digest for
Friday, June 17, 2011.
I've posted two vital records in Russian and Hebrew for which I need a loose
translation. It is on ViewMate at the following addresses.
http://www.jewishgen.org/viewmate/viewmateview.asp?key=19303

Please respond via the form provided in the ViewMate application.
Looking for some kind soul to translate a Lithuanian Birth Record for 1861
Vilna. Being written in an older form of Russian and Hebrew has made it hard
to get a correct translation of the names. It is a HaLevi line that came to
Australia in 1890 and I wished to trace it back to where it came from. A
Naturalization paper said that Arthur MUTZ or Avraham Shimon Yitzchak was
born in Vilna, Russia. His father was Yehuda David on burial information and
mother Annie. He died on 9 May 1929 at the age of 67 years and so born in
1861. I wrote to the Lithuanian Archives and obtained a birth record. Their
covering letter in Lithuanian did not make sense to me even when translated!
