Translation of Great Grandfather's Birth Record (ViewMate 6117 and 6118) #romania
Paul A. Auerbach
Genners,
I recently received >from the Family History Library in Utah, and posted on ViewMate, a copy of a two-page document that I believe contains the birth record of my great grandfather, Mordke Averbukh, who was born in Kishinev, Romania, in 1884. http://data.jewishgen.org/viewmate/ALL/viewmateview.asp?key=6117 http://data.jewishgen.org/viewmate/ALL/viewmateview.asp?key=6118 It looks like my great grandfather's information appears on the bottom of the page (Male #555). This is my second post -- my first post turned out to be an incorrect record. I would therefore appreciate it if someone could confirm that I've posted the correct record this time. Here's the information I found in JewishGen's "All Romania" database: Name: AVERBUKH, Mordka Shoil Father: Isaak/Itshak Mother: Malka Date of Birth: 16/9/1884 Hebrew Date: 9 Tishri Town: Kishinev Uyezd: Kishinev Gubernia: Bessarabia Comments: Mohel Moyshe BRUMNER Place Registered: Kishinev Year: 1884 Record: M555 Also, if any of the above information is incorrect, or if there is any additional information in the record beyond what's summarized above, I would be most grateful if someone could let me know. Please reply directly to me at PAuerbach@yahoo.com. Thanks very much for your help.
