I have heard that in the 30's, 40's and perhaps 50's there were groups of
people >from different villages in Lithuania etc that would meet, there was
the plungianer group etc, I hear that they used to have minutes which were
recorded and are now kept by the B'D. Does anyone know about this? Or
researched it?

Sincerely

Ari Herrmann
