Jewish Heritage Europe posted an article about the restoration of the glass
mosaic dome of the former Uzhgorod Synagogue. The building now serves at the
Transcarpathian Philharmonic Hall. There is a link to a video with audio of
the interior and exterior of the former synagogue -audio all in Ukrainian.
While previous renovations changed the interior some of the ornate interior
and exterior design remains-for those you are interested in seeing what
remains of the previous synagogue.
