My experience with this site is that the page is comprised of groups that
appear to be traveling together. All the families I found were listed on
the same pages together.
If a group went before the recorder (like in customs) so then the
recorder did them all together. Maybe someone had to go to the bathroom
or something and got stuck on another page?

Steve, it seems rare that there was some kind of order to the lists.
parents' names could have been on another page, my paternal
were married and traveled here together, but their names are listed
near each other on their manifest. I agree that these very young
probably did not travel alone, do look at the information for all of
passengers. If the parents traveled under assumed names, the other
information given (age, married/single, where they come from, name
closest relative left behind, where they were going on arrival,
help you find who you are looking for.
Also, not all of the pages may be together on the EIDB site, many
discovering links to incorrect ships and other pitfalls which will
be corrected as time goes on. Hope this helps and good luck!
