My father was raised in the Ukrainian Shtetl of Samgorodok near Kiev, pronounced "Sommerdich" in Yiddish. Unfortunately there are three Samgorodok's near Kiev.
Does anyone have any ideas as to how I could locate the right one. Any advice is appreciated.
