I received a response >from this district archives which covers Konotop
from where my great grandmother came. Their response says to send a small
($10)deposit for research to proceed. Has anyone sent money there before; is it done to the Embassy, in American or foreign money? to the archives itself. Respond privately. I am having trouble discerning the description of where money is to be sent.
