tombstone transcription help! #ukraine

We received various photos >from a relative, who visited the Chernigov
cemetery and would like to find out if anyone has a Russian/Ukrainian
Tombstone transcription guide. There don't appear to be any on the
internet.

One of the stones says:

LAST NAME
1888 Elia 1967
Noxiemovich
OTDETEI, BHYKOB

Since I don't have Cyrillic letters on my computer, For the word OTDETEI, I
have placed a D for the Cyrillic delta and an "I" for the backwards N. Can
anyone tell me what they think the OTDETEI means? As well, there's a comma
after the word OTDETEI. Isn't BHYKOB (H in Cyrillic =N in English), Ben
Jakob?

And why would the stone say Elia son of Nochem OTDETEI, son of Jakob?
