The postcard, with an address in Russian to my great-grandfather, Boruch
GHERMAN (German), was written to him by, I believe, his son Noach GHERMAN.

My great-uncle Rafael GHERMAN was holding the postcard during a pogrom by
Ukrainian Nationalist forces in the village of Kunev, Ukraine, in 1919.
