The Jewish Genealogy Forum (GenForum) has correspondence referring to a DNA debate about presumably Y chromosome markings with "a line to Prince Makhir". For the uninitiated, this is a Narbonne issue discussed in RavSig, the rabbinical discussion group. Are we missing something or is the DNA issue fictional?
