Some record copies, such as the KP 1859 Revision (Census) List are also held by the Ukraine SIG and you can see information about how to contact the SIG and what records they hold at https://www.jewishgen.org/Ukraine/GEO_town.asp?id=236

It is also important to say that the Kamenets Podolsk archive fire of 2003 did not destroy the archive but cause severe fire and water damage to the historic record collection. Work on the restoration of the KP records continues slowly and that has been the case for a decade and a half. You can see recent images of rows of shelves with fire damaged paper at the current archive https://twitter.com/ReclaimTheRecs/status/997944221955862528. As can be understood, gaining access to these records is complicated but there are reports of success.
