Subject: IAJGS 2006 Conference New York Cemetery Visit FAQ's

For those of you planning to take our organized New York cemetery visits
during the 26th IAJGS
International Conference on Jewish Genealogy >from August 13-18, 2006,
hosted by The Jewish Genealogical Society (New York), we have just added
a section on Cemetery Visits to our Frequently Asked Questions. They
can be found at
<http://www.jgsny2006.org/frequently_asked_questions.cfm>, along with
the already existing sections on Conference Registration, Hotel
Reservations, Hotel Accommodations, and Miscellaneous.

We tried to anticipate as many questions about the cemetery visits as we
could think of and hopefully haven't left anything out. Be sure to read
them all and if you have any further inquiries please post them to the
New York 2006 Conference Mailing List. You can sign up for the mailing
list by
visiting <http://lyris.jewishgen.org/listmanager/>.

During your cemetery visit, please consider indexing your ancestral
landsmanshaftn plot or other burial society (synagogue, fraternal
organization, occupational plot, etc.) for the JewishGen Online
Worldwide Burial Registry (JOWBR).
