Indeed, there were 19 individual GerSIG messages in that time period.
But for those who receive their GerSIG messages in digest form (i.e.
once a day), those 19 messages were delivered in 8 mailings:

Oct. 6 digest - containing 2 messages
Oct. 7 digest - containing 3 messages
Oct. 15 digest - containing 1 message
Oct. 17 digest - containing 1 message
Oct. 18 digest - containing 4 messages
Oct. 19 digest - containing 4 messages
Oct. 21 digest - containing 3 messages
Oct. 26 digest - containing 1 message

Jeffrey mentioned receiving only five mailings in this time period.
Possibly the other three are in his Trash folder?
